How do we start working with you?

  1. Simply reach out and we will begin with a call to ensure its a good fit for everyone! 

  2. After our first call we will then speak about deliverables needed for your first shoot or monthly shoot.

  3. We will lock in your shoot date and ensure all parties are informed of the shoot date and what is needed from the client for the proper shoot. Half of the shoot cost will be paid at this time to confirm your date.

  4. (It is important to let us know exactly what you are looking for or provide inspiration for your ideas. If none is provided we will use our creative ability to lead your content session).

  5. Once the shoot is completed at your business, we will head out and begin the editing process.

  6. You will then receive your new and exciting content with in the timeline discussed and the second half of the payment will be made at this time. (Monthly clients will pay in full each month).

 

How long do you usually film/shoot for? 

  • We typically shoot for 2-3 hours on most shoots. Most shoots will require use of the product that can be used solely for the shoot purpose and not customers, in the case of food sometimes things need to be handled and manipulated in order to get the best shot.

How long before I get my video and images from the day of shooting?

  • All videos will be delivered to the client within 10 business days from the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. All photos are to be delivered in 3-5 business days from the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

  • Any rushed editing will be subject to a “rush fee” which can result in a 10% fee of the original cost or at a minimum of $100.

 

Revision Timeline:

  • Any revisions requested by the Client will be completed within a reasonable time frame, and all efforts will be made to meet any specific deadlines requested by the Client. The company will try its best to complete the vision and idea described by the Client. The Company will make revisions where needed, but if excessive revisions are needed and stray away from the original idea the Company has the right of refusal or to charge a percentage of up to 25% of the original project for additional revisions.

Cancelation Policy!

  • Anything prior to 48 hours from the scheduled shoot there will be no charges to the Client. In the case of cancellation or postponement of the shoot by the Client within under 48 hours from the scheduled shoot start time, the Client is subject and shall pay up to 50% of the cost of the project.

 

Over Time Frame:

  • The Company has the right to charge $150/hour for any shoots that go over our 3-hour time frame on sight when it is out of the control of the Company. For example if the Client delays a shoot, is not prepared, or changes the workflow previously communicated resulting in going over our 3-hour window, the Company has the right to charge an overage. 

 

Ownership and Use of Photos/Videos:

  • The Company reserves the right to use the videos produced under this agreement for display and promotional purposes. All video masters and raw footage shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Client may purchase raw footage for an additional fee of $100 or 10% for any projects over $1,000.

 

Do you charge for travel?

  • Yes, travel cost is not included in any work and can be up to $150 depending on location and travel time but can not exceed $150. A minimum of $50 will be charged per shoot. For example NYC is a minimum of $100 due to tolls and parking. Most areas of NJ will be anywhere from $50 - $75.

 

Can you compete with other agencies' pricing?

  • Yes, we will compete with any other agencies pricing just ask! (proof of quote might be required to compete with competitors).

 

How do we pay you?

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Check, or Cash. 

  • We will charge 50% to lock in your dates which is non-refundable unless TRBO Media is to cancel the job. You will pay the remaining 50% of your invoice on the day the job is completed.

  • Monthly packages will be required to be paid in full on the 1st of every month, with cancellation at any time!

 

How much time in advance do I need to book your services?

  • We typically suggest for you to book at least one to two weeks in advance at the minimum. Bookings week of may require full payment prior to the date due to the short notice.

 

Video & Photo File Retention:

  • The Company will maintain a content library accessible 24/7 as long as the Client remains in a monthly/yearly contract. If the Client is to terminate service the Company is not responsible for maintaining copies of the video or photo files from the shoot for more than 30 days following the delivery of the videos to the Client or after the videos and photos have been confirmed by the Client. The Client is responsible for downloading and securely storing all video content on their own computer or device within 30 days of receipt.

Artistic Style:

  • On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Company’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style and that the Company’s work is constantly evolving; that the Company’s services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the video may be different from video done by the company in the past; and that in creating the videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to create images consistent with our personal judgment to create images and videos consistent with our vision of the event, which may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, the client acknowledges that the photos and videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria.

 

Editorial Control:

  • The client has critically viewed samples of Company’s photo and video work and hereby grants full production control to Company for all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. In the event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited master tape, it is at the sole discretion of Company as the exclusive producer of the event video recording.
