What is a typical yearly budget running your services month to month?

Most businesses can find themselves spending anywhere from $12,000 a year on the low end to $40,000 a year on the high end with us depending on which marketing services you require for your business. As a reminder most businesses should use at the minimum about 5%-7% of their gross profit towards marketing. For example if your gross sales are $250K you should spend $12K-$18K on marketing at least to drive real results and sustain more business, but we find companies will spend upwards of 10%-20% for more amplified results.

When could I expect results from these marketing actions?

Results can vary from instantly to taking some time. What we mean by that is if you are just refreshing your website/menus/online ordering like uber eats these results can happen almost immediately. For bigger marketing actions like monthly content strategies, google my business, and more can take 3-6 months to see results with consistency. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was your business, these actions take time so have realistic goals and expectations that results will vary and happen over time.

What is a typical shoot timeframe?

Most shoots typically last 2–3 hours. To capture optimal content—especially for food or product shots—items may need to be styled or handled for visual purposes, and should not be intended for customer consumption during the session. Half day sessions can run up to 4-5 hours and full day sessions can run upwards of 8 hours.

When can we expect to see our content from the shoot?

  • Video Content will be delivered within 10–12 business days from the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

  • Photo Content will be delivered within 3–5 business days from the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Requests for expedited delivery are subject to additional fees.

How many times can I request revisions?

Client revisions will be completed in a reasonable time frame. While TRBO Media will make every effort to fulfill the Client’s vision, excessive revisions or those deviating significantly from the original scope may result in a charge of up to 25% of the original project cost or may be refused at TRBO Media's discretion.

Are there any additional charges after the shoot?

If a shoot exceeds the agreed-upon time due to delays caused by the Client—such as late arrival, unpreparedness, or changes to the previously agreed schedule—TRBO Media reserves the right to bill an additional $100 per hour for on-site overages.

Do I have rights to use the content anywhere?

TRBO Media Group retains ownership of all raw video, photo files, and masters. The Client is granted usage rights for the final, edited content to used in any capacity. TRBO Media Group reserves the right to use any deliverables for promotional purposes and owns all content created in any capacity.

Raw footage can be purchased by the Client for an additional fee of $150 or 15% of the project total for projects exceeding $1,000.

How long do you keep my content accessible?

  • A 24/7 content library is provided to any retainer clients.

  • Once services are terminated, TRBO Media is not obligated to retain content beyond 30 days after delivery.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to download and archive all files within that timeframe or always download after each shoot if they prefer.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.

  • Within 48 hours: Subject to a $100 fee.

  • Within 24 hours: Subject to a $200 fee.

Do you have travel fees?

Travel is not included in standard pricing and will be billed based on distance. Every photo shoot will incur a $50 minimum travel fee and all jobs are quoted accordingly based on distance and travel expenses.

Do you offer competitive pricing?

We will match or beat competing agency pricing. Proof of quote may be required for price matching as well as scope of work and quality needs to be the same to be competitive.
